How billing works
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Annual billing gets two months free.
- Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Payments you collect
When you collect a deposit or payment through Pactlo, the money goes directly to your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard processing fees, and Pactlo adds the platform fee shown for your plan. Payments can be accepted by card and other methods Stripe supports. Card details are handled securely by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Fair use
“Unlimited” means unlimited for normal business use. Text messages are included within fair use. If your usage is unusually high, we will contact you before taking any action.
